What is Step 1 after downloading the app?
Create your Profile
It is very simple to do this. Click on Settings > Profile > Here fill out the basic information.
Step 2 - Add a Family Member
Step 2 would be to add your Family Member. Follow the same steps mentioned earlier in step 1.
Medicine Reminders
How the Medicine Reminders and Notifications work
After setting the medicine times, the Notifications and Reminders will be in this format:
First reminder/notification = 5 minutes prior
Second reminder / notification = On time
Third reminder / notification = 5 minutes since
For example if the time is set for 8:00 am then the
First reminder = 7:55 am
Second reminder = 8:00 am
Third reminder = 8:05 am
However, the response duration is available until 8:30 am.
The Taken / Not Taken icons will be visible in bordered format indicating that you can still indicate whether you have “Taken” or “Not Taken”.
If at anytime you have responded to either Taken or Not Taken, the there will be no further notifications.
Step 3 - Add a Medicine
Step 3 would be to add a medicine. We have made it very simple to set it up.
- Select the member
- Add medicine name
- Select an image / color of the medicine
- Dose = Quantity 1 or 2 etc.
- Strength = in mg or ml etc.
- Select time to take the medicine
- Add multiple times by clicking on “Add Reminder Time”
- Then click on Save
- Then go to Home and see the medicine added
Add Appointments
Adding Appointments is also very easy.

- Click on Appointments and click on + (top right)
- Select the member
- Select the appointment type (Doctor, Pharmacy etc.)
- Select the date and time
- Go to Home and see the appointment scheduled
- Appointment reminders will be:
- One hour prior
- 30 minutes prior
- On time
Step 4 - Add Doctors
Step 4 – Add a Doctor – Again we have made it very simple to use.
- Click on Doctors (from bottom menu) > Click on + sign on top right corner
- And fill out the appropriate information
- Few fields are mandatory and others are optional. However, we recommend that you complete as much information as possible to make the most of the app.
Add Pharmacies etc
Adding Pharmacies, Hospitals and Rehab Facilities – Again we have made it very simple to do.
- Click on Menu at bottom right and select Pharmacies
- It will open up page to fill out Pharmacy information
- Few fields are mandatory and others are optional. However, we recommend that you complete as much information as possible to make the most of the app .
How to share the App with your Family Members
How to share the App with your Family Members:
- After adding a family member, the prime app owner is now able to share it with the new family member.
- Go to Menu > Settings > Share > Select iOS or Android > select the message method and click send. Then the new family member will get an email like this:

- Once the app is downloaded and installed, the new family member can login in with his/her email address and the temporary password.
- We recommend that the new family member should immediately change the password, and start using it.
- Any information regarding medicines and appointments will be saved and shared.
This is how the new screen would look after adding the second or third family member.

Green Check mark when responded means medicine is “TAKEN”
But Red X when responded means that the medicine was “NOT TAKEN” |

When these icons are in borders, they indicate that you are within Set Time and READY to Respond. |

As you can see the time is 10:35 am – The medicine set time is 10:36 am, so now the icons have a borders around them indicating that you can now RESPOND (taken or not taken) which will then be recorded and saved for Reporting. |
