Medicine Report:
To assist the family members and physicians, hospitals etc, we have put in effort to create Weekly-Monthly Reports for you.
This feature is available in the paid version.
Just enter the
Patient’s name:
Start Date:
End Date:
and press Generate and you will get a report showing the details. See an example here.

Family Members
In the Free version you can add one Admin (self) and one other member. In paid version you can add up to 10 members.

Generally, one needs a family doctor or specialist to consult before the doctor can prescribe a medication. So we have a section for Doctors. Add the doctor’s information such as Name, Office name, Email address, Phone number, Physical address, website. We have also facilitated to upload the doctor’s photo and the office name-logo as well.
When viewing the info, one can click on the phone number to make a direct call, click on address to open Google Map directions and also click on email to open the email window.
If there is no doctor, one can choose “No Doctor” until you are ready to add an actual doctor’s info.

Pharmacies
Besides having a doctor who will prescribe certain medication, one may get it locally from a local pharmacy or order it online. This section allows you to enter the basic pharmacy’s information etc and will have the similar feature as Doctor’s page.
Add the pharmancy’s information such as Name, Office name, Email address, Phone number, Physical address, website. We have also facilitated to upload the doctor’s photo and the office name-logo as well.

If there is no pharmacy one can choose “No Pharmacy” until you are ready to add a pharmacy info.

Medicines
Medicines:
As mentioned earlier, one could have doctor’s prescribed medicines or Over-the-Counter medicines or Vitamins or such, they can be added with details.

Treatment for: Select from commonly found ailments or add a New ailment and select that.
Medicine Name:
Strength: Such as 10mg or 5ml
Route: Select from the list such as Oral, Injection etc.
Date of Purchase:
Select Pill/Medicine image: Or select from pre-uploaded images or Take a picture.
How many pills:
How many times a day: [we believe 4 times is the maximum] if more required then let us know we can modify it.
Select Times = From drop-down select hour and min and AM PM
Reminder Interval: Generally a 5 min notification is selected as a default but one can choose 10 min instead.
Refill: If the prescription is refillable then select Yes / NO [No is selected as default]
Refill Selected Yes: If the refill is selected to Yes then 3 additional options open up
Select Pharmacy: (you may already have one set up) if not select “No Pharmacy”
Select Currently on Hand: Enter your guess as to how many may be in your possession
Select Reminder Before Days: Indicate as to how many days in advance you need to be reminded
If your input is proper then you will see a date above Save Button
If not then you may have to adjust your above fields to get the reminder date
Finally Save it.
This will create a list of pills to be taken on home page with Pill image, Pill Name, Number of pills, Person taking the pill and the Time it needs to be taken.
As the time nears the notifications will appear at times selected and remind you to take the medicine.
You have 3 options.
1. Taken (with Green Check mark)
2. Take Later
3. Not Taken
If marked “Take Later” then the notification will appear after 5 min up to 3 more reminders, if no response is given then it will default to “Not Taken”.

Notifications
Regular + Critical
Notifications – Regular:
Generally, notifications are “Regular Notifications” with 5 min intervals unless 10 min intervals are selected.
Notifications – Critical:
There are times when certain medications are to be taken by the patient at a certain time or times, if not then it could have an adverse or aggravate the patient’s health. So we added this feature to inform family members who must be notified, by a Text Message and or Email. In this situation, the Super Admin person should add other family members who need to be notified immediately.
This will create a list of pills to be taken on home page with Pill image, Pill Name, Number of pills, Person taking the pill and the Time it needs to be taken.
As the time nears the notifications will appear at times selected and remind you to take the medicine.
You have 3 options.

2. Take Later
3. Not Taken
